Local Chefs

Chefs and their restaurants are at the heart of our event. It is through their generosity and dedication that the American Liver Foundation is able to bring you this event. Below is a list of this year’s participating chefs.

Kyle Jones - Ser Steak and Spirits Headshot

Chef Kyle’s passion for food started at home, cooking with his mother.  He describes his cooking style as Southern comfort food, and is most inspired by the seasonality of ingredients.  He has overseen some of Dallas’ greatest kitchens, including Truluck’s, Perry’s and Jasper’s.  He is currently the Executive Chef for SER Steak + Spirits atop the Hilton Anatole.
