Peak of Excellence
The PEAK OF EXCELLENCE Award recognizes and celebrates the mission of the American Liver Foundation to promote education, advocacy, support services and research for the prevention, treatment and cure of liver disease.
The PEAK OF EXCELLENCE Award honors an individual or organization that demonstrates the highest levels of dedication and commitment which devotes time, talent and treasure to the American Liver Foundation in a meaningful way through advocacy, education and fundraising and forges paths of leadership for others to follow in the fight against liver disease.
Award Recipients must meet the following criteria:
- Demonstrate commitment and dedication to the American Liver Foundation’s mission
- Actively advocates to improve the quality of life for those with liver disease throughout Rocky Mountain Division communities
- Support the initiatives of the Rocky Mountain Division
- Proactively represents the Rocky Mountain Division in a positive manner
We are no longer accepting nominations for 2020.
You may include two additional pages of supporting documents (i.e. resume, CV etc.)
Information submitted should support the award criteria of the nominee’s achievement(s), leadership and service to the American Liver Foundation Rocky Mountain Division community using 1,000 words or less.
Please submit all nominations to RockyMountain@liverfoundation.org.
A Selection Committee, consisting of a diverse group of American Liver Foundation supporters from the community, will review all nomination forms and select the Award Recipient.
The PEAK OF EXCELLENCE Award will be presented at the 2020 Flavors of Denver gala held on
Thursday, July 30, 2020, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Wings Over the Rockies in Denver, CO.
